sugar free muffin

Making Sugar-Free Muffin seems impossible to make but it’s not if you have the right ingredients. it’s a perfect dessert for health-conscious people. I have replaced sugar with erythritol, inulin, and stevia.

Ingredient

  • All-Purpose Flour- 1 and ½ cup
  • Erythritol- half cup                                                              
  • Inulin-half cup
  • Salt-1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder-2.7 g
  • Vegetable oil-8 TSP
  • Egg-half Egg
  • Milk -half cup
  • Vanilla Flavor-1 drop
  • Butter Flavor-1 drop
  • stevia-8 scoop or 8 sachets.

Procedure

1.    Weigh all ingredients (dissolve Stevia in milk.

2.    Then add all dry ingredients in a container & sieve them so that no lumps left in the mixture.

3.    Then add Vanilla flavor & butter flavor in milk solution, and dissolve them properly

4.    Mix the ingredient in a bowl using a hand blender or planetary mixture as follow:

1 Min Slow, 3 Min Fast with the addition of oil or you can simply use a spoon to mix everything.

5.    Pour the batter in a greased baking tray of muffin, fill half.

6.    Bake the muffin at 180 Degree Celsius preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

7.    Poke the muffin with a toothpick. If no grains get slicked to the toothpick, then the muffin can be taken out.

voila your Sugar-free muffin are ready.

This Batter will make up to four to five Muffin.
