Sugar free Virgin Mojito Drink

A chilled refreshing drink with baked or grilled food is a perfect combination to enjoy evenings with friends and family members. It’s a simple recipe with two ingredients that add contrasting flavor to drink. Lemon and mint, they never go wrong together. This drink is also a suitable replacement for sugary soda drinks.

INGREDIENT (1 serving)

  • Lemon juice – 3 Tablespoon 
  • Mint leaves- 15-20 leaves 
  • Soda water- 1 ½ cup/ 200 ml
  • Ice cubes-4-5 cubes
  • Water- 4 teaspoon
  • Stevia- 2 scoops or two sachet

Direction

  1. Lightly Crush mint leaves with four teaspoons of water in a bowl with the help of a muddler.
  2. Strain extract of mint leaves in a separate glass.
  3. You can smell the mint leaves in the air.
  4. Add lemon juice & stevia in a glass.
  5. Mix them properly.
  6. Choose a beautiful glass for serving your drink.
  7. Pour concoction in glass, add soda water and ice cubes.
  8. Mix all the ingredients.
  9. Garnish drinks with mint leaves for decoration and serve chilled.

Note: Add soda water just before serving, so that carbonation does not escape from drink.

Orange Zest Tea

Are you a person who is fond of teas? Because I am. I love trying a variety of teas. There was something magical in herbs when they infused with hot water. Orange zest tea is one example of such infused tea. Enjoy this tea at night, and enjoy the silence.

INGREDIENT (2 Serving)

  1. Water – 2 Cup (250ml)
  2. Orange zest- 1 tablespoon
  3. Cinnamon powder- 1/8 teaspoon
  4. Stevia- 2 ½ scoop/Sachet

Direction

  1. Peel orange zest from a fresh orange peel.
  2. Take a cup of water in a pan and add 1 tsp of fresh orange zest.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes at low heat, then keep aside and let it steep for another 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 min strains the orange zest extract in a glass.
  5. Add sugar free green, cinnamon powder in a glass.
  6. Stir the mixture.
  7. Add hot or cold water as per your preference.
  8.  Finish the drink with a slice of orange in a glass.
  9. Consume immediately.

In summer, we need a variety of drinks to satisfy our thirst and what could be better than cold crème sugar free coffee. Coffee is a kind of daily drink that we drink almost every day; hence we need a better version of cold coffee.

Let’s dive into simple but a tasty drink 

INGREDIENT (2 Serving)

  1. Water: 300ml
  2. Nestle Coffee : 2 Tsp
  3. Chilled Milk (Toned): 200ml
  4. No added sugar Chocolate Powder: ½ tsp
  5. Stevia- 4 scoop/sachet
  6. Ice Cubes

Direction

  1. Take water in a glass and dissolve stevia in it and dissolve it properly.
  2. then add coffee and dissolve.
  3. Make sure no lump will leave in water.
  4. Add remaining Water and Chilled milk in the jar.
  5. Taste the drink and add more stevia sachet if required.
  6. Also, you can add more coffee if you want, this one has a mild taste of the coffee.
  7. Pour coffee in glasses and add ice cubes.
  8. Finish drink by sprinkling chocolate powder on coffee.
  9. You can also add a little cream if you want, but I don’t prefer it be\cause the cream will add up more calories to the drink. Which is not suitable for a regular drink.

Lemonade

“When life gives you lemon make lemonade,” a phrase to encourage a positive attitude. A funny with very inspirational sayings. Lemon also is known for other things, such as it contains the goodness of vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. Vitamin c a water-soluble vitamin, and hence we can drink them daily.

  1. Lemon- 1 medium size
  2. Chilled water- 2 glass /400ml
  3. Rock salt- as preferred
  4. Mint leaves-8 leaves
  5. Stevia – 4 scoop
  6. Cumin powder- optional

  1. Take chilled water in a pot.
  2. Slice the lemon, squeeze the juice with squeezer and discard the seed.
  3. Add rock salt, cumin powder, mint leaves (crushed) & stevia.
  4. Dissolve all the ingredients properly.
  5. Serve chilled and garnish glass with a slice of lemon.

Matcha Tea

You can start your day with a refreshing match tea. Matcha powder is also known as a super ingredient. it has many benefits such as it can boost your immunity.

  • Matcha Powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Boiling Water: Half Glass
  • Your choice of milk (coconut milk, Almond milk, dairy milk, etc.):300ml
  • Stevia: 2 Scoop/2 sachet

Direction

No added sugar matcha tea
  1. Shift the matcha tea in a small bowl.
  2. Pour a glass of boiling water, add matcha tea and stevia in a bowl and mix everything.
  3. Use a whisk to mix the drink, whisk briskly from the sides to ensure that no lump will form.
  4. It will form a foamy layer on the top.
  5. Add the remaining 300ml of boiling milk of your choice and whisk again to create a frothy layer on top.
  6. Pour matcha tea in your cups and enjoy your morning.

Sugar free Buttermilk with seasonal fruits

Buttermilk is an excellent option to drink after lunch. It’s a healthy drink, and we can create many tasty versions of buttermilk as per our mood.

Ingredients (2 serving)

  1. Butter Milk: 500ml
  2. Stevia : 3 scoop/3sachet
  3. Few pieces of fruits of your choice: strawberry/watermelon/mango

Direction

  1. Grind fruit in a mixture.
  2. Strain the juice in a jar to remove seeds
  3. Add stevia and dissolve them properly.
  4. Add chilled buttermilk in the jar and mix everything properly.
  5. Serve buttermilk in glasses and garnish it with a piece of fruit.
  6. Serve immediately.
